SPR# ACHYDDCHQW - Client - Upgrade - Language Kits - Fixed an issue where upgrading Language Kits of 12.0.2 or 12.0.2 FPx to 14.0 was resulting in an "Error 1304: Error writing to file c:\Notes\Data\us.dic" when install was done through the command line using silent commands.
